I'm a big fan of food, and like most of you foodies out there, I have my favourites as well! I've always wanted to catalogue my food adventures, and what better way to start than with one of my favourite dishes: Carbonara!
The idea was born from jest, incubated over lunches and dinners, and finally today, I've decided that it's time for it to be released to the world as I slurped up one of the BEST plate of carbonara I have eaten in London.

I must credit my friend, Daryl, from my university hall, for suggesting this inspiring name for my blog. Carbonara Diaries. The more I thought about it, the more I felt it right for it to come out.
No, that's not the plate I had, looks yummy though!
And so, without further ado, I hereby declare the start, and hopefully never-ending quest, to taste as many plates of carbonara as I can, and hopefully find the BEST carbonara a student can afford!
